I first became interested in the precious metals markets back in the 1980’s and I still have my “emergency” silver-clad coins that Howard Ruff recommended during those difficult economic times. These coins have gone up and down in value many times since the 1980’s and luckily there was never a “financial emergency” where I needed to use them.
